Children under eighteen years of age are not eligible to use our services. We ask that children not submit information to us. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older.
2. About Kabra Lights and Information We Collect
Kabra Lights is an online site which provides you with with information, services and products.
We collect information from you when you place an order, participate in rituals, or subscribe to our newsletter.
Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, date of birth, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
In the course of using our site, we may automatically track certain information such as your IP addresses and email addresses. Many sites automatically collect this information. You agree that this Agreement and all incorporated Agreements may be automatically assigned by Kabra Lights, in our sole discretion, to a third party. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. References to Kabra Lights shall include its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees. Kabra Light’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
